Welcome to Altaria Pharma. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://altariapharma.com/ and the purchase of pharmaceutical products from us. By accessing this website or engaging in business with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are representing a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Pharmaceutical Export & Compliance

As a pharmaceutical merchant exporter:

  • Regulatory Compliance: All exports are subject to the laws of India and the destination country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal for import in their jurisdiction.
  • Prescription Requirements: For Named Patient Programs, products will only be supplied against a valid medical prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
  • Licenses: International buyers must provide valid import licenses or permits where applicable before the dispatch of goods.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • Quotations: All prices quoted are subject to change based on market fluctuations, currency exchange rates, and availability.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered “Accepted” only after written confirmation from Altaria Pharma and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
  • Taxes: All applicable government taxes, GST, and customs duties (in the destination country) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in the Performa Invoice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Logistics: We facilitate shipping through approved pharmaceutical logistics partners. Detailed information can be found on our Tracking & Delivery page.
  • Delivery Timeline: While we strive for timely delivery, Altaria Pharma is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, flight cancellations, or “Force Majeure” events (acts of God, strikes, or pandemics).
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier (FOB/CIF terms as per the invoice).

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made via Wire Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), or other mutually agreed-upon secure channels.
  • Goods will only be dispatched after payment verification as per the agreed credit terms.
